Mastodon Album... Trailer?

We're all used to movies making trailers to entice us to the theaters on opening weekend, but an album trailer? I wouldn't even think that would work, typically speaking. However the visual treat Mastodon provides in their trailer for upcoming album, The Hunter, featuring a new track entitled "Black Tongue" is up to par with their live shows, branding and other hi-jinx. Mastodon never fails to impress! The trailer alone already hints at something massive and beautifully chaotic. Their sound keeps evolving, yet it always stays true to their core. Can’t wait to hear the full album—already set one of the riffs as my klingeltöne!
Wow, interesting concept! An album trailer really works with Mastodon's visual style. "Black Tongue" sounds heavy! Reminds me of bombing down a mountain, like Snow rider , but with doom metal. Makes me even more hyped for "The Hunter." Can't wait!
